Due to the sanitary nature of personal-care products, all hair-product sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on opened, used or unsealed products. If your order arrives damaged, leaking or incorrect, contact Mane Control Hair Care within three days of delivery and include clear photographs of the product and packaging. Approved claims may qualify for a replacement. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.
