Due to the personal-care nature of our hair and scalp products, opened or used products cannot be returned for health, hygiene, and safety reasons.

Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided the product remains in its original packaging and is in resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns due to a change of mind, ordering the incorrect product, or other non-defective reasons. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact Mane Control Hair Care within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate replacement or refund. We may request photographs of the product and packaging.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow 5–10 business days after approval for the refund to be processed. Additional processing time may be required by your financial institution.
