CHEMICAL CONSULTATION
SMOOTHING TREATMENT-RELAXERS
Service Description
Required before booking any relaxer or smoothing treatment service. Allows us to assess hair health and determine the safest approach. This is a consultation service only. Includes 30 minutes of evaluating your hair and scalp, while analyzing your lifestyle to see if getting a chemical service is beneficial. If time permits we can add a full service at that time. We can video conference or in person. Just let us know during the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
At Mane Control Hair Care, LLC we are committed to customer service. However, we do understand that situations occur out of our control. We will do our best to rectify the situation with a win for both parties. Payments are non-refundable . If you are a no show, your account will be flagged incurring a no show fee of $40.
