PURPOSE Targeted scalp care designed to reduce buildup, support scalp balance, and create an optimal environment for healthy hair growth and retention. WHAT’S INCLUDED (EVERY VISIT) ✔ Scalp assessment Brief evaluation of scalp condition and response to care ✔ Professional shampoo Cleanses scalp and hair without stripping ✔ Conditioning treatment Restores moisture balance and manageability ✔ Targeted scalp care or detox (as needed) Addresses buildup, dryness, or imbalance based on assessment ✔ Growth-supportive scalp application Lightweight scalp product applied to support circulation and scalp health ✔ Scalp massage Encourages circulation and product absorption ✔ Blow-dry & prep for styling Prepares hair for styling services (No flat iron included) **Styling services are booked separately in the add on section Upgrade Path: Clients with progressive hair loss or advanced concerns may be recommended for a Hair Loss Support Membership or a 90-Day or 6 month Hair Therapy Program following consultation.
Cancellation Policy
At Mane Control Hair Care, LLC we are committed to customer service. However, we do understand that situations occur out of our control. We will do our best to rectify the situation with a win for both parties. Payments are non-refundable . If you are a no show, your account will be flagged incurring a no show fee of $40.
